Direct Reports: 3 HR Generalists, 1 Internal Communications Specialist
The Head of HR Operations at Leads.io is a senior leadership role with a strong operational focus. You will be responsible for building and running a reliable, scalable HR function across our international business, while also helping shape the company’s long-term people strategy.
This role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable switching between day-to-day execution and big-picture thinking. You’ll work closely with the COO, support managers across the business, and ensure that our people processes are both professional and practical as we continue to grow.
You are ultimately responsible for making sure HR runs smoothly across all countries. This includes overseeing the full employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
