Business Area: Nespresso UK&I
Location: York or Gatwick (Hybrid 2-3 times a week in the office with some travel)

Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 depending on experience

As a Head of HR at Nespresso, your mission is to shape and deliver the people agenda that enables business growth, exceptional customer experiences, and a high-performing culture across our corporate teams, retail boutiques, and operations. You'll make a difference by collaborating closely with the Nespresso leadership team, people managers, HR colleagues, and key stakeholders across the business. How you’ll make an impact as Head of HR at Nespresso

  • Drive the people strategy for Nespresso UK&I, ensuring alignment between business priorities, workforce plans, and talent initiatives.
  • Lead organisational and cultural transformation that strengthens business performance, agility, and employee engagement.
  • Build leadership capability by coaching and supporting senior leaders to create high-performing, inclusive teams.
  • Shape talent and succession strategies that develop future capability and ensure critical roles are supported by strong pipelines.
  • Connect people, culture, and business priorities across York, Gatwick, London, and the retail boutique network to deliver a consistent employee experience and drive sustainable growth.

Your ingredients for success

Extensive experience across HR business partnering disciplines, including employee relations, talent management, organisational development, leadership development, reward, and workforce planning.

  • Expertise in organisational design, culture change, business transformation, and employee relations to support organisations through periods of growth and change.
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills to influence senior leaders, develop talent, and build high-performing teams.
  • Strong business acumen, employment law knowledge, and experience operating within complex matrix environments to align people priorities with business objectives.
