YOUR TASKS

  • Full responsibility for HR support at the Leonberg and Düsseldorf locations, based in Leonberg, including regular travel between sites (approximately 20%)
  • Overall responsibility for the HR function at the Leonberg and Düsseldorf sites, including the professional and disciplinary leadership of the HR team and its continuous development
  • Trusted sparring partner for site management and business leaders on all strategic and operational HR matters
  • Member of the German HR Leadership Team, actively contributing to the national HR strategy as well as relevant transformation and change initiatives
  • Development and implementation of forward-looking HR strategies in the areas of workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement
  • Advising and supporting managers on employment law, organizational, and HR-related matters
  • Ensuring compliance with labor law, collective bargaining agreements, and company regulations, as well as efficient and legally compliant HR administration
  • Building and maintaining constructive and trust-based relationships with local employee representative bodies, including negotiating and implementing workplace agreements
  • Leading and supporting organizational changes as well as HR-related transformation and restructuring initiatives
  • Participating in and, where appropriate, leading cross-site and international HR projects to continuously improve HR processes, policies, and tools
  • Promoting a performance-driven, inclusive, and values-based corporate culture

YOUR PROFILE

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Law, or a comparable field of study with a focus on Human Resources
  • Several years of professional experience in a generalist HR leadership role, ideally within a manufacturing environment or an internationally operating industrial company
  • Proven experience in leading and developing HR teams as well as successfully partnering with managers at various organizational levels
  • In-depth knowledge of individual and collective labor law, including practical experience working with works councils and employee representative bodies
  • Strong ability to combine strategic HR thinking with operational execution excellence
  • Experience in project management and supporting change and transformation processes
  • High level of initiative, excellent communication and consulting skills, and a confident professional presence
  • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style combined with a pragmatic hands-on mentality
  • Very good knowledge of SAP HCM/SAP HR and SuccessFactors
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
