Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.
• 5 years of experience managing an HR team.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience coaching and mentoring others.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
• Ability to communicate in Polish fluently, to work with internal and external stakeholders

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with an understanding of how to communicate change.

As the Head of human resource (HR), you will set the country-specific HR strategy and drive our people agenda to empower local business priorities. You will develop and execute a comprehensive people plan, partnering with global teams and local leaders to implement tailored initiatives and foster a vibrant “One Google” culture. Your leadership will be crucial in managing union partnerships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and representing Google in external associations. You will lead and develop a high-performing, unified in-country HR team while playing a pivotal role in shaping the broader goals for People Operations at Google.
