THE ROLE
The position plays a key role within the HR team. The main mission is to structure and lead the HR Communication function by defining a clear vision and coherent HR narrative that enhances employee experience, attracts and retains talent, engages collaborators, and effectively communicates HR policies and initiatives, leveraging an employer branding approach tailored to the GBS organization.
PURPOSE
The primary purpose of this role is to foster effective employee communication and engagement within the organization by developing and implementing plans that enhance employee experience, build a strong employer brand, and support HR strategy ; creating a positive and engaging work environment that fosters employee satisfaction, loyalty, and productivity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and Implement HR Communication Strategies
• Develop and execute HR communication strategies aligned to GBS priorities, culture, and people agenda
• Ensure deployment of Group HR Communication within GBS across all employee matters
• Oversee the Creative Studio to ensure the production of contemporary, engaging designs that support HR communication initiatives.
Foster Employee Engagement
• Organize monthly events, celebrations, employee recognition programs, and other engagement initiatives by coordinating with procurement and vendors.
• Conduct employee surveys and feedback exercises to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
Build a Strong Employer Brand
• Develop and strengthen the employer brand by crafting and refining narratives for GBS/GBS HR through print and video communications
• Collaborate with HR leadership across GBS to design, execute, and sustain employer brand campaigns on site.
Support HR Projects & Initiative visibility
• Ensure effective communication at Global and Center level to highlight key HR projects & initiatives delivered during the year
• Promote career plan and internal mobility success stories to enhance long-term career projection in GBS organization
Measure and Evaluate Effectiveness
• Track, measure and analyze the impact of HR communication initiatives
• Continuously refine and enhance HR communication strategies based on data and insights
Governance & Stakeholder Management
• Partner closely with HR leadership, L&D, Talent, Employer Branding, and Business Heads
• Maintain governance on messaging quality, accuracy, tone, and timeliness
QUALIFICATION & CERTIFICATIONS:
➢ Masters / bachelor’s degree in mass media or human resources
➢ Minimum of 10 years of overall experience. Minimum 7 years of experience in HR communications and employer branding.
