Head of HR
Our client is a large-scale physical retail mall managed like a startup as it reinvents and reborn into an entirely new concept. They have redefined their retail with a "Fit by Day, Fun by Night" concept, offering a unique blend of stores, restaurants, and fitness establishments in a sprawling 180,000 sqm space.
We're in search of a Head of HR to elevate our organizational culture and bring innovation to our people strategies. This leadership role demands a visionary thinker with a proven track record in HR direction, a deep passion for shaping the employee experience, and the ability to inspire a highly collaborative team. Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
Oversee the performance management system and conduct feedback sessions
Lead the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures
Manage employee benefits programs and develop incentive schemes
Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills
Handle employee relations matters and mediate conflicts
Collaborate with hiring managers to attract and recruit top talent
Utilize HR analytics to provide insights into workforce trends and metrics
Champion DEI initiatives and implement strategies for equity and fairness
Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and industry regulations
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Develop and implement succession planning strategies
Address and resolve workplace conflicts promptly and effectively
Lead HR aspects of organizational change initiatives and transitions
Qualifications
5+ years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles
Experience in setting up HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture
Track record of developing and improving HR policies and procedures
Thorough knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Knowledge of compensation structures and benchmarking
Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use HR analytics for decision-making
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
