Your opportunity:

The Head of Home Internet – TPG and iiNet is responsible for the end-to-end commercial performance of the Home Internet product portfolio across TPG and iiNet brands. This role holds accountability for product P&L outcomes and leads the development and execution of commercial strategies to deliver revenue, margin, customer growth and retention objectives.

The role is responsible for trading performance, base management, product and brand proposition development, pricing strategy, and the execution of offers and campaigns. Working cross-functionally with teams including CLM, Marketing, Channels, Finance and Product, the role ensures strong portfolio performance and market leading customer propositions in market.

Responsibilities:

  • Hold full P&L accountability for TPG and iiNet Home Internet products
  • Lead trading performance for the portfolio, including delivery of revenue, margin, acquisition and retention outcomes.
  • Own base management strategy and performance, including initiatives to improve customer value, retention and lifetime economics.
  • Develop and optimise product and brand propositions to ensure competitiveness and alignment to customer needs and brand strategy.
  • Set and manage product pricing strategy, including pricing architecture, promotional pricing and commercial settings.
  • Lead the development and execution of offers and campaigns to drive acquisition, conversion and portfolio performance.
  • Partner with CLM to define and deliver lifecycle management activity, including retention, upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Monitor market dynamics, customer trends and competitor activity to identify risks and opportunities and inform commercial decisions.
  • ·Provide clear performance reporting, commercial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively across Product, Marketing, Sales, CLM, Finance and Operations to deliver portfolio outcomes and execute strategic priorities.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in product management, commercial management or trading roles in telecommunications.
  • Demonstrated accountability for P&L performance and delivery of revenue and margin outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, proposition development, offer management and portfolio optimisation.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across marketing, product, sales and customer teams.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data and insights into clear commercial actions.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a strong understanding of drivers of acquisition, retention and customer value.
