The Head of HGB Banking Reporting holds full accountability for ensuring compliance with German GAAP (HGB), including the preparation of statutory financial statements and disclosures for both banking and non-banking entities. In addition, the role as Head of Finance CEU is responsible for the overall financial management of Clearstream Europe AG (CEU) This encompasses financial accounting, controlling, planning, and forecasting, as well as internal budget, cost and revenue management and internal financial reporting. The role serves as the primary point of contact for all finance-related matters towards the Executive Board and represents CEU`s financial interests towards internal stakeholders as well as regulators and external stakeholders, including BaFin, Deutsche Bundesbank and external auditors.
