Responsible for leading, governing and continuously improving all Health, Safety, Environment and Process Safety activities across ENGIE Generation International assets and entities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The position provides strategic HSE leadership, drives the implementation of ENGIE Group and Generation International HSE policies, standards and Life Saving Rules, and ensures alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. The Head of HSE acts as the principal advisor and accountable to the GI Managing Director KSA on all HSE matters.
All Health, Safety, Environment, Process Safety, Security Governance, Crisis Management and Operational Risk Management activities across ENGIE Generation International operations and construction projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including power generation assets, water desalination assets, O&M companies, Project companies, corporate functions and contractors.
Reports to: Managing Director, Generation International KSA.
Provide executive leadership to the HSE organization, establish the One ENGIE HSE culture, advise executive management, monitor HSE performance across assets, and ensure closure of HSE action plans.
Executive leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, change management, strong communication skills, multicultural leadership experience, coaching capability and strong technical HSE expertise.
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Travel required across ENGIE Generation International assets as needed.
