Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive, System Commissioning & Performance (SC&P), as Head of Health Commissioning - Moderate Complexity you will lead a business unit within SC&P which is responsible for a range of secondary care and vocational assessment and rehabilitation services. You will bring ACC's strategy to life through commissioning excellence, supplier performance management, health sector engagement, and enterprise leadership. You will lead system-wide improvements, foster high-performing relationships, and drive quality, performance and equitable outcomes that support recovery and help keep Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between. You will work across complex health sector environments, influencing stakeholders and providers while leading a high-performing team focused on delivering meaningful outcomes for New Zealanders.
The appointing salary for this role is $189,346 - $245,036 based on experience. ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme (9% contribution) with features like no mandatory employee contribution, as well as optional life and income protection insurance.
