Requirements;

• Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field; Masters preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare or insurance, with expertise in network management, cost containment, or partnerships.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Manage and expand the companies hospital and healthcare provider network.
• Negotiate and oversee contracts, ensuring quality service and compliance.
• Address performance issues and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Implement cost-saving strategies to manage health insurance claims.
• Collaborate with claims and operations teams to control expenses while ensuring quality care.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve processes.
• Lead the team in analyzing healthcare cost data to guide pricing and underwriting decisions.
• Provide insights to reduce financial risks and improve product offerings.
• Develop partnerships that offer additional services such as wellness programs and telemedicine.
