The Difference You Will Make:
As Head of Growth Marketing, Asia, you will play a critical role in shaping Airbnb’s growth strategy across the region by leading market insights, building regional capabilities, and managing a growing team across key markets including Japan, Korea, India, and Southeast Asia.
This role sits at the intersection of market strategy, organizational leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. You will identify growth opportunities across Asia’s diverse markets, guide regional strategies, and partner closely with global and regional teams to ensure initiatives are tailored to local needs and scaled effectively.
You will be instrumental in building Asia-specific capabilities, including creative and execution models such as regional pods, and advancing an AI-first approach to marketing and localized asset development. You will also play a key role in aligning efforts across the Asia hub in Singapore, global teams, and country-level stakeholders.
Success in this role requires strong understanding of Asia’s diverse digital ecosystems, the ability to operate across multiple markets and time zones, and proven experience leading teams and scaling impact in complex, high-growth environments.
