Job Description

Create, launch and improve growth campaigns at one of Sweden's fastest-growing education companies

We are looking for a commercially sharp, creative and hands-on marketer with strong experience from creating campaigns that perform, especially in channels such as paid social. You have proven success creating campaigns that perform. You know how to create strong hooks and messaging that persuades.

As our Head of Growth & Creative Performance, you will work across areas such as creative production, paid media, AI tools, CRO and performance. You will develop ideas, produce assets, set up and manage campaigns, follow performance and turn learnings into better ads, stronger landing page concepts and sharper campaigns.

This is a senior hands-on role for someone who wants real responsibility from day one. You are already using AI actively in your work, can create strong material yourself and know how to move quickly from idea to live campaign – and then improve it based on what actually works.

Your role – How you will contribute

You will drive growth through creative production, paid social, display, campaign setup, media buying, landing page concepts, campaign testing and conversion work. A key part of the role is being able to move quickly from insight to live campaign, make sure work actually gets launched, and then follow up performance and document what works.

Examples of responsibilities:

  • Paid social and display: developing, setting up, managing, testing and improving ads and campaigns across paid social, display and other relevant marketing channels.

  • Campaign setup, management and optimization: managing media buying hands-on, especially in Meta, including campaign structure, audiences, placements, creative testing, budget pacing and ongoing performance improvements.

  • Creative production: creating static ads, video assets, display ads, campaign assets and creative variants using AI, design tools and video editing tools.

  • Persuasive messaging: shaping hooks, angles, proof points and calls to action that build trust and drive action.

  • Landing pages and CRO: creating strong landing page concepts, hypotheses, messaging, visual direction and test logic that improve conversion.

  • Campaign planning: planning campaigns based on seasonality, audience needs and commercial priorities.

  • Measurement and learning: following up performance, documenting learnings and turning insights into better creative and tests.

  • Quality and iteration: making sure creative, paid social, display, campaign assets and CRO tests keep improving over time.

Who you are

This is a senior role for someone who combines commercial growth thinking with strong hands-on creative ability and execution power. You are not just someone who briefs creative work. You can create a lot yourself, get things live quickly and raise the quality of what we test, while knowing when to involve specialists for more advanced design, video or technical work.

We think you will do great here if you are:

  • A strong creative performance marketer: you combine creative instinct with commercial judgment and understand what makes campaigns perform.

  • Hands-on from idea to live campaign: you can turn an insight into assets, campaign setup and landing page concepts, and take it all the way live.

  • Great at making ads: you have proven results and examples of ads or campaigns that have performed. You understand hooks, pacing, formats, visual hierarchy, trust signals and direct-response messaging.

  • Strong in paid social, display and media buying: you are comfortable setting up, managing and optimizing campaigns hands-on.

  • AI-native in creative production: you already use AI tools in your work and are excited about how AI can improve creative production, campaign testing, landing page concepts, workflows and performance.

  • Hands-on with design and video tools: you use Figma or similar design tools and video editing tools to produce and adapt creative quickly, without needing every asset to start with a designer or video editor.

  • Technically confident: you are comfortable with marketing tools, campaign platforms, tracking, landing page builders and AI workflows, and you can work with specialists when something becomes more advanced.

  • Committed to learning: you follow up results, document what you learn and use it to keep improving. You want every campaign to make the next one sharper.
