WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
TBWAChiatDay is looking for a Head of Growth who embodies TBWA’s values, attitude, and approach to working. This role will actively prospect and advocate for the agency, work closely with the Comms team to build our reputation, and oversee autonomously run new business pitches of varying sizes.
The Head of Growth will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer of TBWAChiatDay. This person is a highly proactive, strategic individual, leading a small but mighty team to take responsibility for TBWAChiatDay LA and a (soon to be announced) boutique agency’s growth plans. The right person for this role is capable of identifying new opportunities to expand and strengthen our existing client relationships, while driving revenue growth for both agencies.

All hires must be located in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles to work from our offices, hybrid three days a week.
