Supercharge is a digital product and transformation company of around 200 people, headquartered in Budapest and part of the Finnish-listed Siili Solutions group. We build software, data, and AI products for enterprises in banking, insurance, and healthcare, and we are an AWS Advanced Partner. Our work is delivery-led and senior: clients come to us when the problem is real and the standard matters.

We are hiring a dedicated Head of Growth to own new-business generation for our services portfolio: digital transformation, data, AI, digital product, and premium design services.

This is a hunting role: roughly 90% of the job is outbound. You will go after opportunities that are not waiting for us, open doors that are cold, and turn first conversations into signed work. You will carry a net-new revenue number, and the outbound engine to hit it is largely in place already: an SDR, a tooling stack we maintain with an external GTM partner, and a repeatable motion. Your job is to run and sharpen that engine, not to stand it up from scratch. Our innovation consultants, solution architects, and senior experts walk into the room with you, so you are never selling alone, but the origination is yours to drive.

Your day to day will include:

Owning net-new pipeline and revenue across the service lines. Prospecting, qualifying, and closing personally, with our experts alongside you in pursuits

Running and sharpening the outbound engine. Managing and developing an SDR, refining sequences and account-based plays, and keeping the tooling stack tuned with our external GTM partner. Setting the bar for activity and conversion

Partnering closely with Marketing. Shaping and drawing on Marketing for the campaigns, content, and messaging that feed your outbound, and staying aligned on events and demand generation so the two functions reinforce each other rather than run in parallel

Leading a small team. Managing two direct reports (the SDR and a Business Development Director, US Insurance), plus a close working line to the UK Managing Director, whose own role is about half outbound

Taking our offerings to market. Turning each one into an ICP, a target list, and a message that lands, then executing the campaign through the SDR or your own effort

Bringing the market back inside. Telling the Director, Digital Solutions, account management, and the innovation consultants what you are hearing in the field, so we sharpen what we sell and spot what we should build next

Being visible where buyers are. Representing Supercharge at selected events and helping shape our point of view alongside the expert pool

Keeping the forecast honest. Maintaining clean CRM discipline in HubSpot, reporting monthly on pipeline health and conversion, and synchronizing your forecast with Finance

What makes you thrive here:

7 to 12 years of experience selling complex services in consulting, IT services, or systems integration, with a genuine new-logo quota history. You have carried a number and hit it

Specific experience selling AI, data, or digital product work, not adjacent categories

A track record of personally sourcing and closing deals in roughly the EUR 0.5–3M range, across multi-stakeholder cycles. This is neither rate-card-driven staffing business nor transactional product sales

Hands-on outbound craft, having built or closely directed sequences, account-based plays, and SDR-supported prospecting yourself, with fluency in modern GTM tooling

Credibility from the C-suite to function heads, with equal comfort engaging mid-market founders and owners

Proficient communication skills in English

Experience opening new markets, verticals, or regions and building a commercial presence from the ground up is a plus

Experience co-selling through hyperscaler partner ecosystems, such as AWS, would be an advantage
