What You Will Do

• Lead marketing and growth strategies to enhance brand visibility and user acquisition.
• Utilize Looker for data-driven decision-making and performance analysis.
• Implement and optimize campaigns leveraging OpenAI and Google Analytics for insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
• Drive user engagement and retention through targeted marketing efforts.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine product offerings and messaging.
• Mentor and manage a team of five marketing professionals to achieve strategic goals.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 4–10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on growth strategies in tech or AI sectors.
• Proven track record of leveraging data analytics tools, particularly Looker, to drive marketing decisions.
• Experience with AI technologies, specifically OpenAI, to enhance marketing efforts.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics for performance tracking.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

Preferred

• Experience in a venture-backed startup environment, particularly within the AI or software development industry.
• Familiarity with enterprise marketing strategies and customer engagement techniques.
• Background in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.

Compensation and Benefits
