The Role
As Head of Growth, you’ll own end-to-end marketing across B2B and B2C, shaping and executing the strategy, messaging, and systems that drive explosive growth across our services.
This is a senior, high-ownership role working directly with Sam, our Founder and the leadership team. You’ll build a repeatable growth engine spanning acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetisation - across both consumer and commercial channels.
You’ll unlock new opportunities to connect with and serve customers, ensuring they get ongoing value from our products and services, while strengthening our partnerships and charity relationships. Marketing is a key lever, but this role goes far beyond it - shaping revenue strategy, product priorities, strategic collaborations, and commercial execution.
We’re scaling at extraordinary speed. The next phase is about building smarter systems, clearer prioritisation, and stronger cross-functional alignment, so we can grow efficiently while staying true to our mission and the impact we’re here to deliver.
