Position: Growth Marketing Manager

Location: New York in Office (SOMA)

We are partnering with a dynamic fintech startup, currently in the Series A funding stage with a team of fewer than 50 members. Their mission is to revolutionize financial services by delivering innovative solutions to our diverse clientele.

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in early-stage startups. The ideal candidate will be adept at crafting compelling content, possess a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Design and implement data-driven growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention.
• Content Creation: Produce engaging content tailored to our target audience, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Channel Management: Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, optimizing performance across digital platforms.
• Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign effectiveness, identify growth opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of growth marketing experience in early-stage startups (Series A), preferably within the fintech sector.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Exceptional writing and content creation skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and adaptable approach.
