We are looking for a Head of Go-to-Market to shape and lead our global activation agenda, turning brand strategy into impactful market execution across regions and channels.

About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Define and lead the global go-to-market vision, governance, and operating model
  • Translate brand strategy into clear, executable market activation plans
  • Align global priorities with local market needs and commercial opportunities
  • Lead global launch planning and ensure strong deployment of campaigns across markets
  • Oversee local marketing investment planning, budget governance, and resource allocation
  • Monitor marketing investment effectiveness, budget utilization, and overall activation performance
  • Drive execution excellence by ensuring launch readiness, activation governance, and consistent reporting
  • Coordinate the deployment of assets, guidelines, toolkits, and training materials to support markets
  • Build and lead a high-performing GTM team while fostering accountability, agility, and excellence
  • Act as a trusted partner across global, regional, and local teams, promoting collaboration and scalable best practices

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • 10+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Go-to-Market, Commercial Activation, Retail Marketing, Commercial Excellence, or related fields
  • Proven track record of leading global product launches, large-scale activations, and cross-market initiative deployment
  • Strong experience partnering with regional and local market organizations in a global matrix
  • Experience within luxury, fashion, jewelry, beauty, retail, or consumer lifestyle brands
  • Strong strategic planning and execution excellence, with the ability to translate direction into action
  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing investment planning, performance management, and ROI optimization
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and business partnership skills
  • Commercial acumen combined with a solid understanding of retail and customer experience
  • Strong project and program management skills, with agility in navigating change and complexity
  • Data-driven mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership in complex matrix organizations
