We are seeking a Head of Global Sales to own and grow our revenue across all markets. This is a senior leadership role for someone who is equally comfortable building a pipeline from scratch, running consultative pre-sales conversations about IT and managed services, and technically evaluating the sales and technical talent we hire internally. You will be the commercial engine of the business, working directly with the CEO and delivery teams to convert opportunities, grow existing accounts, and scale the function globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Pipeline Development
• Own global revenue targets and drive consistent pipeline growth across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise client segments
• Build and execute an outbound sales strategy including cold outreach, prospecting, and lead generation across target markets
• Manage and develop a global sales team, establishing clear KPIs, playbooks, and performance cadences
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting through CRM tools, providing regular updates to the CEO
• Identify and pursue new geographies, verticals, and channel partnerships to expand market reach
Client Engagement & Pre-Sales
• Lead discovery and exploratory calls with prospective clients to understand their IT environment, pain points, and resource gaps
• Present and position the company’s managed services and dedicated resource offerings against client-specific needs
• Scope and structure service proposals across tech support, dedicated staffing, cloud migrations, M365 deployments, and project delivery
• Translate client technical requirements into commercial proposals, SLAs, and service agreements
• Manage the full pre-sales cycle including bid responses, pricing strategy, approval routing, and contract finalization
• Coordinate with delivery and technical leads to ensure smooth client onboarding and service handover
Account Growth & Retention
• Drive upsell and cross-sell across the existing client base — expanding resource engagements, adding services, and growing monthly run-rate revenue
• Build strong long-term relationships with key client stakeholders at the IT director and C-suite level
• Monitor client satisfaction signals and partner with delivery teams to resolve escalations before they impact renewals
• Develop and execute account plans for strategic clients to maximize lifetime value
Technical Interviewing & Internal Talent Assessment
• Lead or co-lead technical interviews for internally hired roles including system administrators, network engineers, migration specialists, M365 consultants, and project managers
• Design and apply role-specific assessment criteria to stress-test candidates’ hands-on knowledge — going beyond surface-level answers
• Prepare structured interview checklists and scenario-based questions tailored to each discipline
• Evaluate candidates’ familiarity with Microsoft-dominant environments, identity and access management, cloud platforms, and remote support tooling
• Collaborate with HR and operations to build a repeatable hiring framework for technical roles
Requirements
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with a significant portion in an MSP, MSSP, or IT services environment
• Demonstrated success in both account management (retention, upsell, cross-sell) and new business development (outbound prospecting and cold pipeline generation)
• Strong understanding of managed IT services including helpdesk/tech support, dedicated resource models, and project-based engagements
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Azure AD), cloud infrastructure, and common enterprise IT environments
• Experience running full sales cycles from initial outreach through to signed contract, including RFP/bid management and commercial negotiation
• Proven ability to technically assess and interview candidates for IT roles such as sysadmins, network engineers, and M365 consultants
• Comfortable engaging clients across all industries without sector-specific restrictions — our clients span healthcare, finance, legal, retail, education, and beyond
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and modern sales tooling (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience selling dedicated resource or staff augmentation services in a technology context
• Familiarity with migration projects (on-prem to cloud, server migrations, M365 tenant migrations) and the associated scoping process
• Prior exposure to EMEA and North American markets, including regional procurement and compliance norms
• Background in growing a sales team from an early stage, including defining roles, compensation structures, and onboarding programs
• Awareness of ITSM frameworks (ITIL), project delivery methodologies (Agile, PMP), and common helpdesk platforms (ConnectWise, Autotask, Freshservice, or similar)
