  • Du baust das Global Operations Center von Grund auf auf und entwickelst es zur zentralen digitalen Einheit für cloudbasierte Produkte bei KNAPP
  • Du übernimmst die End-to-End Verantwortung für Development, Deployment, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung unserer datengetriebenen Lösungen
  • Du etablierst eine Organisation, die skalierbare Plattformen statt Einzellösungen liefert
  • Du entwickelst eine klare Vision für den Einsatz von Cloud, Data Intelligence und Automatisierung zur Optimierung unseres Business
  • Du triffst strategische Entscheidungen, die direkten Einfluss auf Effizienz, Kostenstruktur und Produktinnovation haben
  • Du setzt einen neuen Standard für Automatisierung (Testing, Monitoring, Deployment) und reduzierst manuelle Prozesse radikal
  • Du baust High-Performance-Teams auf und entwickelst Führungskräfte im Bereich Cloud und Development
  • Du bringst Komplexität unter Kontrolle und machst Systeme messbar, stabil und skalierbar
  • Du agierst als Sparring Partner für das Top-Management und treibst technologische Exzellenz im Unternehmen

  • Du hast bereits erfolgreich größere Tech-Organisationen aufgebaut oder transformiert
  • Du denkst in Systemen, Plattformen, Produkten und Skalierung – nicht in Einzelprojekten
  • Du hast tiefes Verständnis in folgenden Bereichen: Cloud / DevOps / Data Engineering / Softwareentwicklung
  • Du bist in der Lage, Strategie in funktionierende Organisation und Systeme zu übersetzen
  • Du sprichst sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch
  • Du agierst pragmatisch, aber mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch und möchtest Dinge fundamental verbessern

Wir bieten dir fachliche und persönliche Weiterbildungsprogramme sowie die Mitarbeit in einer motivierten Organisation, in der die Bereitschaft Verantwortung zu übernehmen und die Begeisterung für die Umsetzung von Ideen willkommen sind. Für diese Position gilt ein KV-Mindestgehalt von EUR brutto 4.300,- für Vollzeit pro Monat. Wir bieten jedoch eine marktkonforme Bezahlung in Abhängigkeit von deiner Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung.
