Head of Global CRM (m/f/d)

A full-time position at our Headquarters in Hamburg starting 1st November 2026

  • in leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing, multi-functional global CRM department consisting of specialists spanning CRM technology, lifecycle marketing, and performance analysis.
  • in designing and executing seamless global client journeys by translating brand priorities into a cohesive, commercial CRM Campaign Calendar that balances luxury brand storytelling with direct-to-consumer (D2C) performance.
  • in defining and driving Montblanc’s global CRM tech roadmap, overseeing system rollouts, CDP integrations, and database hygiene across our CRM tech stack (Salesforce, SAP CRM, GCP, Looker) while ensuring absolute data security and GDPR compliance.
  • in owning and optimizing overall CRM KPIs, including email/SMS performance, database health, customer retention, and lead generation, while implementing advanced attribution modelling to prove CRM’s business value and maximize the ROI of your campaign budget.
  • in directing key cross-functional strategic projects and innovative CRM initiatives across multiple global teams and stakeholders to continuously elevate the luxury client experience and pioneer new engagement methods.

You’ll have

  • a passion for luxury, a strategic mindset, and a deeply analytical, commercial focus, being equally comfortable speaking the language of database architects, creative campaign managers, and executive business stakeholders.
  • a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in CRM, Direct Marketing, and Marketing Automation, with a proven track record within the luxury, premium retail, or consumer goods sectors.
  • 3+ years of experience successfully managing, structuring, and developing multi-disciplinary teams, ideally bridging both technical and creative/marketing profiles.
  • a deep understanding of enterprise CRM suites, specifically Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud), SAP CRM, and GCP/Looker, with experience in Customer Data Platforms (CDP) or Identity Resolution being a strong plus.
  • a strong strategic and analytical mindset with a commercially focused approach, alongside excellent stakeholder management skills capable of communicating technical concepts to business partners and vice versa.
  • fluency in English (written and spoken), with German and other European languages highly valued.
