  • Lead and manage geotechnical engineering teams across transportation, infrastructure, buildings, and tunnelling projects.
  • Provide technical oversight for geotechnical investigations, foundation design, slope stability, retaining structures, ground improvement, and earthworks.
  • Develop business strategy, client relationships, and project delivery excellence.
  • Review and approve geotechnical reports, designs, and risk assessments.
  • Mentor senior engineers and drive technical capability growth.
  • Support bids, proposals, and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Large infrastructure, transportation, highways, rail, metro, or tunnelling projects.
  • International project exposure (Middle East, UK, Canada, Australia preferred).
  • Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard geotechnical software.
