Job Description

Position: Head of Funding Management (250,000 - 450,000 THB)

As Head of Funding Management Division you will:

• Strategically propose the funding plan to C-Level or BoD
• Ensure the sufficient of funding with appropriate pricings to support the company normal business operation & growth
• Supervise end-to-end operation process to ensure the smooth operation
• Lead the Funding Management team

Accountabilities

Strategic planning of the funding plan ensuring sufficient funding with appropriate pricing to support the business operation & growth, including:

Bonds

• Initiating bond issuance plan / giving recommendation on bond issuance to management
• Coordinate with Joint Lead Arranger (JLAs), the SEC, ThaiBMA, Registrar, Bondholder Representative, Legal Advisors to ensure smooth transaction
• Supervise team on operation process

Bank Facilities

• Lead on strategic planning to support companys requirement for banking facilities, including but not limited to bank loans and letter of guarantee /giving recommendation on bank facilities to management
• Coordinate banks to ensure smooth transaction
• Supervise team on operation process

Vendor Financing / Leasing

• Deliver strategic planning to support companys requirement for vendor financing and leasing /
• giving recommendation on vendor financing / leasing to management
• Coordinate banks, financial institution, major vendors to ensure smooth transaction
• Supervise team on operation process

Our Requirement

• Proven experience in Corporate Banking or Investment Banking with a good understanding of corporate finance
• Track record of success in fund raising and debt management
• Intricate knowledge of Bond Issuance, Fund Raising and Debt Issuance
• Strong existing relationships held with financial institutions
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Certification
• Excellent analytical, Numerical, Communication, Negotiation and Leadership skill
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic organization
• Coaching and mentorship skills as leader of a team
• Good command of business level Thai and English languages
• Computer proficiency; especially MS Excel, PowerPoint
