For our location in Schönefeld, we are looking for a

Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (m/w/d)

Your Tasks:

• Own Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Reporting, Forecasting, and Budgeting cycles
• Consolidate business units into meaningful financial statements and forecasts (in LucaNet)
• Prepare and develop the monthly Data Book and Shareholder Presentation
• Build and lead the FP&A function for the HiSERV Group
• Provide business insights through ad hoc analyses and presentations
• Monitor and highlight risks and opportunities in the P&L
• Establish and drive a monthly cost review process to ensure budget compliance
• Promote reporting automation and ensure data warehouse integrity
• Act as deputy to the CFO and sparring partner to the executive management
• Manage group reporting and budgeting cycles, ensuring on-time, in-full submissions from all business units

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred
• Experience in FP&A or strategic finance, including in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of financial consolidation tools (e.g., LucaNet)
• Proven track record in reporting automation and optimization of financial systems
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills
• Strong business acumen and the ability to work with C-level stakeholders
• Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of the aviation industry, GSE rental, or related sectors is a plus
• Proficient in German and English, both verbal and written
