Job Description

On behalf of our client, a reputable corporate and financial services provider we are seeking a Head of Finance.

1. Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring efficient operations, high performance, and a collaborative working culture.

2. Oversee daily financial activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of all outputs.

3. Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and performance evaluation to finance team members.

4. Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and consistent delivery of high-quality financial services.

5. Execute complex accounting tasks, including reconciliations, consolidations, and financial reporting.

6. Offer financial and strategic advice on business transactions and investment decisions.

7. Drive the implementation and integration of new accounting systems, ensuring team adoption and effective training.

8. Lead continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes and contribute to overall business planning and decision-making.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent

• ACCA/ACA qualified is mandatory

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the accounting services industry

• Fluent business level Greek and English

• Customer service orientation

• Verbal and written communication skills

• Initiative and reliability

• Team player and interpersonal skills

    Behavioural Assessment:

    The assessment should take approximately 7 minutes to complete.

    Cognitive Assessment:

    Upon completion of the Behavioural Assessment, you will receive a link to the Cognitive Assessment in your mailbox (please check your spam/junk folder in case you can't find it). This test, which involves answering 50 questions within a 12-minute timeframe, requires focus and a quiet environment. Aim to answer as many questions as accurately as you can.
