In this influential role, you will drive the Business Planning and Forecast process with confidence, and a solutions focused approach. You’ll partner closely with diverse stakeholders, thoughtfully lead change, and inspire others through your ability to bring people together around our strategy and group KPIs.

You’ll also lead our Insights Enablement ensuring they have the support, encouragement, and vision needed to deliver exceptional access to data, insightful analysis, and forward-looking planning practices.

A little about you

  • Extensive experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, long‑range planning and Group reporting developed in a matrix, listed or large corporate setting
  • Advanced financial modelling and data interpretation skills
  • Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial statements
  • Ability to simplify complex data into clear narratives and insight
  • Strength in delivering a complex program of work with multiple streams, ensuring alignment, integration, and delivery of benefits
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage stakeholder expectations
  • A demonstrated ability to deliver time-critical work under broad direction, in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Enterprise savvy and ability to navigate large organisations and complex stakeholder dynamics
  • A proactive approach to driving business outcomes and delivering results

Qualifications / certifications & Skills

  • Bachelor Degree in either Commerce, or Finance
  • CPA/CA qualified
  • SAP Finance or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP)
  • Demonstrated skills in strategic thinking integrating complex concepts
  • Strong negotiation skills, conflict resolution and ability to engage and inspire others
  • Commercial thought leadership
  • Program and/or Change Management principles and practices
