Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your financial leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a dynamic and collaborative team of professionals.
You'll play a pivotal role in managing all financial aspects of the RSC business in India, including Projects, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sourcing, and Quality. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Project Finance Managers, Factory Site Finance Controllers, and other key stakeholders), drive financial performance, and ensure compliance with financial controls and reporting standards.
You’ll specifically take care of financial planning and forecasting for the RSC business, but also lead cost efficiency initiatives and ensure excellence in project execution.
We’ll look to you for:
Acting as the trusted Finance Partner to the Cluster RSC leadership team
Providing strong financial leadership and owning the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the RSC business
Driving initiatives focused on productivity, cost efficiency, and cash management
Ensuring effective project management and robust financial controls
Coordinating budgeting and monthly reporting activities
Setting and achieving ambitious targets related to cost and cash performance
Leading cost excellence initiatives, including vendor negotiations, make vs. buy decisions, and site optimization
Contributing to the India/APAC monthly management review on business performance matters

Business, finance, or accounting degree – Chartered Accountant qualification preferred
15-20 years of relevant finance experience in roles such as Business/Division Finance Head, Project/Manufacturing/Supply Chain Finance, or Country Finance Manager
Strong understanding of IFRS accounting principles, with exposure to long-term project accounting and site controls
Proven ability to manage financial performance in a matrixed environment
Capacity to drill down into specific issues and resolve them effectively
Experience translating global organizational needs into actionable business intelligence reporting
Track record of deploying successful financial initiatives and driving process improvements
