We are on an exciting growth and transformation journey, not the least within our Mobile Power Solutions business – to which we are now recruiting Head of Finance & Controlling, based in Pescara Italy (Forli or Milan are also possible locations), who will oversee financial reporting, support strategic decision-making, and drive business performance within our business.
About the position
As Head of Finance & Controlling for Mobile Power Solutions EMEA, you will act as a strategic finance partner, supporting the Chief Financial Officer and working closely with the leadership team to drive financial performance, oversee the accounting function, strengthen internal controls, and enable data-driven decision-making across commercial and operational activities. The position reports the Head of Mobile Power Solutions in EMEA, with a dotted line to the MPS CFO based in Sweden.

A suitable background would be experience from auditing and/or accounting (experience gained in a Big 4 firm is considered a strong merit), and should be complemented by at least a couple of years of hands‑on business controlling or finance management experience within an operating company, partnering closely with a P&L leader.
