The role will involve:

You can simplify complexity, challenge constructively and build trusted relationships, while giving your team the clarity and support to deliver at their best. Comfortable operating at pace, you bring sound judgement, personal accountability and a continuous-improvement mindset.

  • A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant senior-level experience in finance business partnering, commercial finance or FP&A.
  • A strong track record of leading, coaching and developing Finance Business Partners or comparable commercial finance teams.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and analytical capability, with the ability to turn complex financial data into clear executive-level insight.
  • Hands-on experience of budgeting, forecasting, performance management, business case review, investment appraisal and KPI tracking.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, together with confident use of management reporting tools; Power BI or similar experience would be advantageous.
  • An influential and credible communicator who can present recommendations clearly, challenge senior stakeholders constructively and build strong working relationships.

The Interview Process
