Job Description

Lead finance at the heart of a bold transformation

On behalf of Twoday, Basico is now looking for a Head of Finance Business Partnering, Denmark.

Twoday is on the move. Shaped by multiple acquisitions and a clear ambition to operate as one unified company, the organisation is in the midst of a genuine transformation – and it is accelerating. As the business grows across Northern Europe, so does the need for financial leadership that goes beyond reporting and drives real commercial impact.

That is exactly why this role exists.

As Head of Finance Business Partnering, Denmark, you will not follow the transformation from the sidelines – you will help lead it. This is a rare opportunity to sit at the leadership table, influence strategic decisions and build new ways of working across one of the largest and most dynamic tech consultancies in the Nordics.

What you will be doing

You will report directly and be a valuable sparring partner for the Group CFO and act as the de facto CFO for the Danish business – Twoday's largest operating unit – with a permanent seat alongside the Danish CEO and business unit management teams.

Leading and developing a team of two, you will cover finance business partnering across seven business units, serving as the critical connector between Group Finance and Danish operations. Your role is to multiply impact – not just deliver it personally.

Your key areas of ownership will include:

  • Translating commercial strategy into financial direction – turning strategic priorities into concrete targets and action plans that leadership is steered towards and held accountable for.

  • Driving commercial performance – identifying opportunities to improve revenue, margin and mix across the Danish business and delivering recommendations that move the needle.

  • Sharpening decision quality – challenging assumptions, stress-testing business cases and having the courage to propose difficult paths when the numbers demand it.

  • Leading financial planning and forward-looking insight – owning budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling, serving as an early warning radar for leadership on risks and opportunities ahead.

  • Managing financial performance – tracking KPIs across revenue, margin, working capital and cash flow, ensuring gaps are understood and acted upon quickly.

  • Building and developing the team – investing in your two team members and ensuring all seven business units receive a consistently high standard of financial partnership.

  • Elevating the finance function – developing tools, improving reporting clarity and strengthening governance to free up capacity for value-adding work.

What you bring

You hold a master's degree in finance and bring several years of experience from a comparable role in a large international organisation – ideally within professional services or consulting. You have a proven leadership track record, solid experience in business partnering or as a CFO, and you know what it takes to lift margins, build momentum and drive a performance culture.

You are proficient in Power BI and Excel, fluent in English, and knowledge of Nordic or Baltic languages is an advantage.

Who you are

You are commercial by nature – equally comfortable with numbers and with people. You make numbers tell a story, challenge senior stakeholders constructively and build trust through credibility and integrity. You have high energy, a clear leadership mentality and the courage to drive change even when you meet resistance.

Most importantly, you thrive in transformation. You are energised by ambiguity and see an environment still being shaped as an opportunity to make your mark.

Ready to make your mark? Apply today with your CV and a short cover letter telling us why you are the right fit via the link below.
