Job Description

• Implementing the Accounting and Reporting Guideline in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards and managing accounting functions and financial information to produce accountable, accurate, and timely financial reports. Conducting in-depth analysis of financial statements.​
• Controlling, ensuring, and evaluating all financial transaction processes are carried out in an orderly manner, reducing financial risks, and continually implementing continuous improvement related to financial, accounting, and hospital operational processes.​
• Controlling, ensuring, and evaluating the reporting and payment of corporate tax obligations to be efficient, accurate, and timely in accordance with applicable regulations.​
• Analyzing, monitoring, and evaluating the hospital's Cash Flow, especially in managing receivables and payables, to ensure the availability of operational funds for investment, expansion, operational needs, and other financial conditions.​
• Developing, planning, coordinating, and monitoring the hospital's Budget/Forecast from the formulation stage to the realization of the approved Budget/Forecast.​
• Controlling, monitoring, and ensuring that all procurement processes for goods and services run smoothly to meet the operational needs of the hospital.​
• Building good teamwork and communication, providing leadership and guidance to each department head to ensure that financial and operational strategies and initiatives are established and implemented effectively in line with approved budgets, agreed performance targets, and applicable regulations.​
• Building good relationships, demonstrating courage and high integrity, providing initiatives/support/advice, and becoming a trusted advisor to the Hospital Director and other divisions/departments in developing and assessing business plans, achieving the business goals of each division/department, and assessing budget arrangements or other matters.​
• Building good relationships and providing support to the Regional/HO team, especially regarding monthly reporting and data analysis.​

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in relevant field, preferably with 1-2 years’ experience at the same level​
• Preferred certifications include Brevet A and tax brevet.​
• Willingness to learn current practices and trends (including innovations by competitors) in the healthcare service industry and a desire to continually update knowledge regarding government regulations or financial standards and their impact on financial aspects.​
• Willing to be placed in Palembang
