In deze sleutelpositie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige financiële aansturing van de organisatie. Je fungeert als sparringpartner voor directie en management en levert directe impact op groei, rendement en besluitvorming.
Je weet cijfers te vertalen naar concrete inzichten en bent in staat structuur, overzicht en optimalisatie aan te brengen binnen een dynamische hospitality omgeving.

Ervaring binnen hospitality, hotels of multi-site operations is een pré
Proactieve en ondernemende mindset
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
