About the Role:

Were looking for a
dynamic and experienced Head of Finance
to lead our end-to-end finance operations. This is a strategic and hands-on
role that will drive financial health and visibility across both our
headquarters and plant operations. If you thrive in fast-paced environments,
have a solid background in manufacturing/PEZA settings, and can manage both
numbers and people wed love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full finance
  function: Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Compliance, and Audit
• Oversee financial
  reporting, budget planning, and cash flow management for HQ and plant
• Align reporting structures
  between the plant and HQ; drive transparency and financial visibility at
  all levels
• Ensure full tax
  compliance (BIR),
  PEZA-related
  filings, and
  other government regulatory requirements
• Build and lead a
  high-performing finance team based in Cavite; establish strong internal
  controls and best practices
• Act as the main point of
  contact for external auditors, banks, and institutional partners

Qualifications:

• CPA license is required; MBA is a plus
• 812 years
  of experience in
  finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong background in manufacturing or PEZA-registered operations is highly
  preferred
• Experience using Odoo or similar ERP systems is a
  strong advantage
• Proven ability to balance
  both operational finance and executive-level reporting
• Organized, strategic, and
  comfortable switching between high-level planning and hands-on
  execution
