GVA Search is proud to be partnering exclusively with a rapidly-growing, FMCG business in central London, who is looking to recruit a Head of Finance who will play an integral role in driving business performance. This is a critical role, reporting directly to the Finance Director with responsibility for all financial aspects of the day-to-day running of the company, including the timely and accurate delivery of the monthly management accounts board pack. In addition, the successful candidate will provide appropriate narrative and advice, measuring individual departmental performances and implementing recommendations based on these findings.
This role will proactively develop and improve the monthly metrics to check the company’s financial health, as well as the implementation of necessary policies and procedures to ensure sound financial management and control, of which will be aligned with the company's objectives.
