About Your Company

Our partner is one of the most renown families in Asia with a broad and extensive network in alternative investment. With sound support from the management board, a new business head is needed to expand and leverage on their business profession.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development of family office solutions to single family office, UHNW, corporate strategic investments LPs

• Create and execute strategic plans to improve our service offerings, determine the overall branding, strategy to increase revenue and strengthen the firm's presence in the market.

• Foster and maintain strong client relationships, gaining a deep understanding of their specific needs and delivering tailored advice and solutions using our expertise in alternative investments.

• Collaborate closely with our team of alternative investment specialists to develop customized portfolios for clients, proactively providing updates, advice, and potential private deals and funds.

• Supervise the operation, manage the risk and compliance of the operation, lead and grow the team under strategic leadership

Qualifications

• Experienced in the operation and management of multi-family offices

• Holders of SFC Licenses Type 1 and 4 are preferred

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or related fields, with a proven track record of managing relationships with high-net-worth clients.

• Strong knowledge of local regulatory policies and guidelines.

• Leading interpersonal and communication skills

• High level of discretion and integrity in dealing with confidential information.

• Excellent command of Mandarin and English is a must. Cantonese is advantageous.
