Executive and strategic communications

  • Act as a trusted adviser to MI leadership on internal messaging, change communications and employee engagement ensuring employees are informed, engaged and aligned to business strategy and priorities.
  • Alongside the media and industry analyst relations team, plan media and analyst engagement for Mobile Infrastructure, including proactive story development, spokesperson preparation and reactive issues management.

Resource Orchestration and Ways of Working

  • Operate within Nokia's functional GMC model, drawing on media relations, internal communications, analyst relations and agency resources to deliver the MI communications plan.

  • Be willing to operate hands-on - writing, briefing, preparing and executing directly where needed.

Reputation and Issues Management

  • Coordinate and plan communications response to high-risk or fast-moving and sensitive issues affecting the business.
  • Maintain preparedness for rapid response across reputational, operational and competitive scenarios.
  • Work in close partnership with Legal, People and other GMC teams to ensure aligned and appropriate responses.

You must have:

  • Extensive senior communications experience within the technology, telecoms or infrastructure sector, with a track record of operating at business group or equivalent level.
