Job Description

This role typically involves leading a team, managing projects, and ensuring smooth operation of all Global SAP ERP systems and their related processes. In the Sales topics you are responsible for providing state-of-the-art solutions and services for our customers. This includes assessing the implementations and following established processes to meet customer demands. You need to manager internal and external stakeholders alike and secure all processes are being followed for their deliverables.

Lead weekly or bi-monthly team meetings and guide team members in delivering towards KPIs. Ensuring project milestones are met, deliverables are completed on time, and risk management is effective. Act as a single point of contact of procurement operations area; Provides input for Optimization calls. Needs to be involved in identifying and implementing process improvements within the SD and SSC modules. Maintain key metrics for quality, efficiency and productivity for application support. Implement improvement projects to drive quality, productivity and efficiency. Continuous Improvement: own detailed trend analysis and reports regarding application

In this role we require an excellent knowledge of SAP Sales and the adjacent modules combined with a good understanding of associated O2C (Order to Cash) business processes integrated with ERP systems. Thus he/she should be in a position to consult business partners to find suitable and sustainable solutions to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities

Ensure customer satisfaction through proper solution design delivery and applications life cycle management while maintaining necessary internal (process, security) and external (GxP, GDPR, license) compliance.

Manage operational support projects and change initiatives through the project life cycle, ensuring delivery to required time, cost & quality.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data issues and incidents.

Support SAP Deployments, Acquisitions and Divestitures, Continuous Improvements projects

Job Functions:

• Managing, Owning and Driving team in securing deliver of customer demands on time.
• Good exposure on RFCs and ecommerce integration.
• Strong exposure to integration technologies including EDI, IDOC, ALE, RFC, PI and Web-Services
• Demonstrate capability to manage the team to use best practices for supporting SAP ERP Configurations in Order management for the business.
• Proven ability to understand the Business Processes of the organization and the core application environments.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities

Problem Management

• Lead master plan and priorities toward ticket elimination and automation.
• Proactively suggest possible solutions and propose an action plan for improvement to Senior Management.
• Lead the resolution of critical or complex incidents including related crisis management when appropriate.

Change and Release Management

• Establish documentation of current and target application architecture (incl. CMDB).
• Establish and implement the Life Cycle Management plan for applications in scope.
• Secure Change Management processes in line with relevant SOPs.
• Drive team to follow existing release management processes within the organization.

Project Delivery

• Guide team to lead technical design of applications/solutions in portfolio
• Provide technical services and functional advice on the implementation of business applications
• Provide functional/technical support to project teams

Who you are:

Education/Professional Experience

• Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences and/or Business Administration
• Experience in managing large SAP SD teams.
• 12+ years’ experience in software or applications services
• 6 years’ experience within an international environment
• Must have experience of all life cycles of implementing an SAP SD Solution

Languages

• English mandatory (written and spoken)
• An additional language (German, Spanish or Portuguese) is an asset
