As Head of Enterprise Delivery, you will lead the planning, prioritisation and execution of AIA New Zealand’s enterprise-wide technology and business initiatives, ensuring strategic ambitions are translated into meaningful outcomes. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer and contributing to the Enterprise Leadership Team, you will partner closely with executive stakeholders, sponsors and business leaders to align priorities, manage delivery risk and drive sustainable results. Leading a high-performing delivery function, you will strengthen delivery and business analysis capability, champion continuous improvement, and create the conditions for teams to deliver high-quality outcomes that support AIA’s ongoing transformation and growth.

Lead enterprise delivery planning to align strategic priorities, delivery capacity, and investment decisions across the organisation.
Drive the successful execution of complex programmes and transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
Establish governance, risk, and performance frameworks that provide visibility, accountability, and informed decision-making.
Build trusted relationships with executive leaders, sponsors, and business owners to ensure alignment and successful delivery outcomes.
Strengthen delivery and business analysis capability through coaching, development, and continuous improvement of ways of working.
Champion initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, and scalability across the enterprise delivery function.
Your Capabilities | Ō Āheinga
Extensive experience leading enterprise delivery, programme management, or large-scale transformation initiatives within complex environments.
Strong track record in delivery governance, portfolio planning, risk management, and executive stakeholder engagement.
Proven ability to translate strategic priorities into clear delivery plans and high-quality business outcomes.
Collaborative leadership style that builds capability, develops high-performing teams, and influences across organisational boundaries.
Experience leading delivery or business analysis practice improvement within large technology or transformation environments is highly regarded.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in programme, project, or agile delivery disciplines, such as PRINCE2, MSP, or Agile frameworks, are advantageous.
