Enterprise AI Enablement & Transformation Strategy
Partner across business units and technology teams to help shape and operationalize the organization’s Enterprise AI strategy
Collaborate with teams to identify high-impact AI use cases aligned to business priorities and measurable outcomes
Help enable adoption of AI tools, copilots, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation capabilities to augment employee productivity
Develop repeatable frameworks and reusable patterns that help teams scale successful AI initiatives
Support organizational alignment around shared AI capabilities, tooling approaches, and operational best practices
Serve as a strategic advisor and enablement partner on emerging AI technologies, capabilities, and market solutions
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, eliminate manual effort, and improve operational effectiveness through AI and automation
Cross-Functional Alignment & Operating Model Enablement
Partner with business units to uncover unmet needs, duplicated efforts, and operational inefficiencies
Help connect teams working on similar problems to encourage reuse, shared learning, and scalable solutions
Facilitate forums and working sessions to surface, prioritize, and scale high-impact opportunities across the organization
Support clearer ownership models, operational interfaces, and decision-making pathways where coordination challenges exist
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, operations teams, and technical delivery teams
Help teams execute more effectively by reducing unnecessary friction and improving access to shared capabilities
Drive consistency in how AI initiatives are evaluated, prioritized, and scaled across the organization

Partner with business and technology teams to identify opportunities for AI-enabled transformation and operational improvement
Partner with business, data and technology teams to improve data readiness, quality, and accessibility, helping ensure enterprise data is fit for AI, automation, and analytics use cases.
Support the design, implementation, and scaling of AI and automation solutions that deliver measurable business value
Develop reusable tools, templates, playbooks, and accelerators that enable faster adoption and implementation
Improve visibility into AI initiatives, dependencies, tooling, and business outcomes across the enterprise
Help teams leverage enterprise platforms and capabilities more effectively while avoiding duplication of effort
Establish best practices that promote scalability, maintainability, and long-term value realization
Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement around AI and automation
Change Management & Adoption
Treat organizational change management as a core enablement capability required for successful transformation
Help teams adopt AI and automation capabilities through practical rollout strategies, training support, communications, and operational readiness planning
Build trust and confidence in enterprise AI capabilities through transparency, usability, and partnership
Develop feedback loops that help teams learn from implementation outcomes and continuously improve solutions
Promote sustainable adoption with a strong focus on business value, employee experience, and measurable outcomes
Support broader organizational AI literacy across both technical and non-technical audiences
Define and track metrics related to adoption, usage, productivity gains, and business impact of AI and automation initiatives
Champion success stories and best practices to accelerate enterprise-wide learning and adoption

Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in business transformation, digital transformation, operations, enterprise technology, management consulting, or related fields
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives that drive organizational change, process improvement, and business outcomes
Experience identifying, prioritizing, and scaling technology-enabled solutions across multiple business functions
Strong understanding of AI, generative AI, automation, workflow technologies, copilots, and emerging enterprise technology trends
Experience partnering with senior business leaders to translate strategic priorities into executable programs and measurable results
Proven ability to influence without direct authority and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
Experience leading teams and developing high-performing talent in complex, matrixed organizations
Strong program management and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage audiences ranging from frontline employees to executive leadership
Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and delivery
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations, or a related field required
Master's degree (MBA, Technology Management, Information Systems, or related discipline) preferred
Relevant certifications in AI, digital transformation, project management, change management, agile methodologies, or process improvement are a plus

Compensation Range:
