The Head of Engineering leads teams to perform the excellent Enterprise Core Systems performance and hi-quality Technology Services. Contribute in designing, deploying Enterprise Architecture, Core Database Structure, Multi-system Integration to match Technology Strategy and Digital Roadmap. Consult and provide digital initiatives, solutions, automation tools to help business increase revenue, reduce expenses, enhance business efficiency, and improve customer experience. Also focuses on process optimization, cost effectiveness, automation and a culture of continuous improvement.
Last but not least, this position is responsible for leading, coaching, managing Engineering team become a reliable and accountable team to reach the expectations of Department and Company.
