We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Engineering to lead and strengthen our engineering delivery across the region. This is a key leadership role with full accountability for technical performance, capability development, and delivery excellence across a diverse portfolio of projects.
About the role
As Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for ensuring engineering delivery meets agreed specifications, quality standards, budgets, and schedules. You will provide leadership across multiple projects and phases, ensuring strong governance, effective reporting, and alignment with business and client expectations.
You will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement, strengthening engineering capability, and building high-performing teams. Acting as a role model, you will champion a culture of safety, integrity, and excellence in all aspects of engineering delivery.

Leadership & People

Engineering Delivery
- Ensure delivery of engineering work in line with scope, quality, cost, and schedule

- Ensure projects are set up for success with clear plans, budgets, and governance
Technical Assurance & Governance
- Oversee technical integrity and ensure compliance with standards and requirements
- Establish robust governance frameworks and reporting structures
- Lead assurance activities, including reviews, audits, and performance tracking
- Drive continuous improvement and capture lessons learned across projects
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Professional engineering certification preferred
- 10–15 years of relevant experience, including senior leadership roles
- Strong technical expertise combined with broad business understanding
- Proven experience delivering complex engineering projects across different phases (Concept, FEED, EPC/EPCm)
- Experience in developing and implementing engineering strategies
