Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing visionary leadership and strategic direction to the engineering team, aligning engineering efforts with company goals and objectives.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including research and development, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
Establishing and maintaining engineering standards, processes, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and ensure the highest levels of quality and safety.
Mentoring and developing engineering talent, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and professional growth within the engineering organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MSc, PhD) preferred.
Proven track record of leadership and management experience in engineering, preferably within the aerospace manufacturing industry, with a demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and deliver innovative solutions.
Deep technical expertise in aerospace engineering principles, including aircraft systems, propulsion systems, avionics, and materials science.
Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex engineering projects from concept to completion, on time and within budget.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
