THE WORK
As a Head of Engineering, you will run Meniga’s engineering organisation - five teams, each with real ownership and real clients. You are accountable end-to-end - from operation and execution to what lands at the client. The outcome reaches production at the bank, or it didn’t ship.
This is a leadership role, not a manager-of-managers holding pattern. You set the standard, you build the bench, and you are on the hook for what engineering delivers and what it costs. You partner closely with the CTO on technical direction, with Product on roadmap, and with Commercial on commitments.
The context: Meniga is scaling engineering to match a growing business and a full commitment to AI. The platform is in an active transformation - performance, architecture, and AI, across systems running inside the world’s largest banks. This role is for someone who wants to lead through that - not around it.
