What You Will Do
- Lead and mentor a talented engineering team of 12, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Optimize pricing performance for sales representatives, implementing strategies to enhance revenue recovery.
- Develop and maintain scalable applications using TypeScript and React, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions that meet business objectives.
- Analyze system performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product offerings.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles, with a strong focus on software development.
- Proficient in TypeScript and React, with hands-on experience in building and deploying applications.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL and its integration in software solutions.
- Proven track record of optimizing performance and driving revenue growth in a B2B environment.
Preferred
- Experience in fintech or enterprise software development, with an understanding of industry challenges and opportunities.
- Previous involvement in scaling engineering teams and processes in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in software solutions.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $220K to $270K, complemented by equity options between 0.03% and 0.05%. This company offers a competitive compensation package designed to attract top talent and reward contributions to its growth and success.
