Key Responsibilities:

1. Spearhead technical initiatives: Lead and drive all technical projects and innovations within the organization.
2. Manage end-to-end project lifecycles: Ensure the seamless execution, high quality, and timely delivery of all projects.
3. Provide hands-on guidance: Act as a full-stack developer, directly contributing to innovative projects.
4. Mentor and lead a team of engineers: Foster their growth and success, ensuring the team's effectiveness.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Align technical efforts with business objectives and ensure a cohesive approach.
6. Thrive in a startup environment: Embrace agility, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications:

1. 7 years of experience: Must have at least 7 years of hands-on experience in building backends and frontends and deploying to the cloud.
2. Proven track record as a full stack developer: Demonstrated expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.
3. Hands-on experience with:
   • Cloud Engineering (AWS, GCP, etc.)
   • Kubernetes
   • Docker
   • Python (Django or FastAPI, etc.)
   • Javascript Frameworks (React.js or Vue.js, etc.) in a startup setting.
4. Experience managing and mentoring engineering teams: Particularly in a startup environment.
5. Strong communication skills: The ability to adapt and a passion for technology innovation.
6. Willingness to relocate: Must be willing to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand, and work in a multicultural environment.
7. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
8. English proficiency: Must be able to fluently communicate and comprehend high-level spoken and written concepts in English.
