We are looking for a Head of Endpoint Services who is strategic, collaborative and user-focused to join our Digital Workplace Services team, based in our Braine l’Alleud office, in Belgium.
You will lead the strategy and delivery of digital workplace services that help UCB employees work securely, communicate and collaborate worldwide. Your scope includes employee devices, endpoint security, mobility, printing and advanced workplace computing. Combining technology leadership with a focus on user experience, you will ensure these services remain reliable, modern and cost-effective. You will lead the team, oversee budgets and suppliers, and drive improvements that respond to evolving business needs and emerging technologies.
You will be working in a team that delivers and continuously improves digital workplace services for colleagues across the globe. You will collaborate with technology teams, business stakeholders and senior leaders across Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific. You will also work closely with external service providers and project teams, aligning priorities and supporting the successful introduction of new workplace solutions.
