Job Description

The Head of Enablement oversees the Architectural Design and Application Coordination teams, ensuring efficient project execution, operational consistency, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across both functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Leadership & Team Management

Lead the Architectural Design and Application Coordination teams to deliver efficient, high-quality support across all Application activities.

  • Lead and develop high-performing, customer-centric teams.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and continuous improvement culture.
  • Establish clear communication and alignment with regional Application Directors.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular performance management.

2. Operational Excellence & Customer Experience

Ensure operational excellence throughout the Application lifecycle while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. Oversee operational activities by the Architectural drafting and Coordination teams.
These teams are responsible for the following:

  • CAD conversion and 3D modelling.
  • Technical documentation.
  • Planning and logistical support for delivery of:
    • Training seminars.
    • Calibration assistance.
    • Show support.
    • Demonstrations and factory visits.
  • CRM administration.
  • Project coordination.
  • Customer support processes.

3. Process Excellence & Performance Management

Develop and continuously improve operational processes that support scalable business growth.

  • Define and monitor operational KPIs.
  • Standardize workflows across the Application organization.
  • Monitor quality, service levels, and delivery performance.
  • Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure effective knowledge management and documentation.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Application Directors, Sales, Product Management, Business Development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment and successful project delivery.

  • Align operational priorities with business objectives.
  • Support strategic partnerships and business initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless coordination across regional and global teams.
  • Act as the operational interface between technical and commercial functions.

5. Business Performance & Operational Governance

Provide operational insights that support strategic decision-making and business performance.

  • Monitor service delivery and operational metrics.
  • Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.

Skills & Experience

  • Masters/Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Project Management, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in operations, project coordination, customer support, event management, or service delivery, production company including 5 years in a management/leadership role
  • Proven experience leading high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, managing complex activities, and improving processes.
  • Strong organizational, stakeholder management, communication, and people leadership skills.
  • Experience within the professional audio, entertainment, or live events industry is an advantage.
