We are looking for an Head of Employee Experience and Local Operations who will design how new teams connect, grow, and thrive within GBS. You will create the foundations of our workplace culture and ensure every employee feels welcomed, valued, and inspired to contribute.
What You'll Do
- Design and lead onboarding programs tailored to new functions joining GBS, ensuring smooth integration into our culture and operations.
- Build a comprehensive onboarding journey covering team integration, organizational understanding, and role-specific training for all new hires.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that foster belonging, including recognition programs, wellness activities, and employee-led projects.
- Organize team-building events and milestone celebrations that strengthen cross-functional connections and create a unified GBS identity.
- Collect and analyze feedback from new hires and leaders to continuously improve the onboarding and engagement experience.
- Partner with global HR to align local engagement activities with company-wide initiatives across all GBS locations.
- Support internal communications through newsletters, intranet updates, and content that keeps employees connected to our goals.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in employee engagement, onboarding, or a similar role, ideally within a GBS or fast-growing organization.
- Proven ability to design onboarding programs for new teams or departments building from scratch.
- Strong event planning and coordination skills with a talent for creating meaningful experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn engagement data into actionable improvements.
- Adaptability and comfort working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
- Cultural sensitivity and experience working in diverse, global settings.
