The purpose of the Global Scaled Growth organization within the Customer Experience organization, is to scale the outreach for Google Cloud sales, access new key decision makers, generate incremental business growth, and continuously feedback customer needs to shape our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. We do this through a regional vendor model, working with trusted suppliers to bring the best of Google Cloud to customers, employees and partners.
As the Head of EMEA Scaled Growth, you will play a key role in the Global Scaled Growth and Retention sales organization and as part of the Customer Experience organisation. You will own the strategy, planning, forecasting and execution for the EMEA region.
You will lead the business development sales across all markets of the EMEA region (Northern Europe, Southern Europe and UKI/SSA) and the customer segments Enterprise Greenfield, Corporate and StartUps.
You will manage, coach and develop a team of ~10 seasoned Business Development and Program Managers and create a culture of cross-functional collaboration and high performance.
